Delivery & Returns
Once you have placed an order, we will endeavour to ship the items within three working days. If however you have an urgent request, please let us know and we will endeavour to dispatch sooner! We ship within the U.K via the website, however if you would like us to ship to Europe/Internationally, please drop me a note and let me know what you would like, and we can give you european/International delivery costs.
How much will delivery cost?
Delivery is worked out on a weight basis and will be applied during the checkout process. Parcels will be sent via Hermes or Royal Mail and there is an option for a signature at a small additional cost. If you spend £50 or over, shipping is free (within the U.K)
How long will my parcel take to arrive?
Royal Mail/Hermes aim to deliver between three and five days.
Can I get my order gift wrapped?
Anything you buy from Otto will be sent out beautifully gift wrapped in tissue paper (no charge) so gifts can be sent straight to the person you're buying for, or a lovely parcel to receive yourself. If you would like a special note added to the gift if you are buying for someone else, please add this in the 'special instructions' section at checkout.
Please note that any boxes used are not gift boxes, and are for packaging purposes only.
Otto Refund Policy
We really hope you are over the moon with your order from Otto. However, if you have received anything you're not happy with, please see our refund policy below:
Can I return any of my purchases?
All purchases, with the exception of sale items and Naïf products, are eligible for a full refund (excluding postage cost) if returned within 10 days of delivery, and are in the condition in which they were received.
How do I return my purchase?
If for any reason you wish to return an item, Please drop me an email and let me know why you wish to return/exchange the product.
Please then pack and return your item in its original unused condition.
When you send your item back, please obtain proof of postage as Otto cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
The direct cost of returning the goods is the customers responsibility unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Refunds will be processed when the request to return is made within 10 days of receipt of delivery. Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued on items where the request to return is made after 10 days of receipt of delivery.
Upon receiving your returned item safely we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost.
Can I exchange my purchase?
You are able to exchange anything you purchase if you're not completely happy with it, however you will still have to pay the postage cost for the new item.
Every item we send out is checked before it is posted - if however something slipped through the net, or was damaged during shipping - please take a picture of the packaging and item and we will deal with each item on an individual basis.
At the end of the day, shopping and receiving our goodies is supposed to be fun so if you're not thrilled, then please shout and we'll see what we can do.
